How to manage money to stay healthy this summer



The summer has started and you need to keep moving on with our daily routines. Working people need to go outside in the heat and travel all the way in the sun through Metros, rickshaws, cabs or even walking. All this activities makes you dehydrate faster in the summer making the water level in our body lower. So to stay fit and look fresh first it is necessary to keep the water level managed in your body. 
Here are some simple steps that you need to take so that our body doesn't dehydrate and also you can concentrate on the work you are doing and stay fresh.

1. Always carry drinking water in a bottle  wherever you go so that you can have it anytime when you feel thirsty. Also it is necessary to have water at regular intervals of time rather than having it when you feel thirsty. Make sure that you fill the bottle when it gets empty from any nearby water purifiers.

2. Try to avoid aerated drinks. Even though people prefer to have aerated drinks as it easily available at any shop, it is good to have a cool fruit drinks made from fresh fruits at any juice centre. Nowadays this juice centres are located in every areas, near shopping complexes, malls and even in markets. So you can find it easily by walking a few steps more. This will not only make your water levels increase in your body but also increase the essential ingredients needed for good health supplied through fruits.

3. Carry fruit salad in your tiffin. having fuits in summer will also keep your skin healthy which gets damaged in sun in the summer. So rather than spending more money on different lotions and skin care products, spend some money in fruits that will show you some good results.

4. Pineapple body scrub
Don't toss fresh pineapple peels, use them as part of a fruity all-over body scrub that will leave skin exfoliated and feeling baby soft from head to toe.Save peel from one fresh pineapple and cut into strips. While showering, dip the cut side of the pineapple peels into sugar and massage into skin. Use like a loofa and re-dip peel into sugar and/or get fresh pineapple peel as needed. Rinse skin with warm water.
